All Saints was founded in 1925 as a mission of the Episcopal Church, declared itself an interracial church, and chose its name by a vote of the congregation. It became the first Anglican Church on Kauai.
The building utilizes native lava rock stone in its structure. The Memorial Hall (left) was originally used for the church school service and houses the church bell.
